Michael Uba Obande

Michael is a member of Nigerian Institute of Management and holds Masters Degree in Health Management with other professional qualifications. He had 32 years of management position in Development Organization, planning and implementation of Primary Health Care. He is a National Consultant on Health Care organization, development and management. He has held the position of Health Systems Co-Team leader and is responsible for the general management of affairs of Treeshade Associate, a consulting firm based in Makurdi Benue State, Nigeria.

Mr. Obande had series of engagements with many development partners like BHF, LATH, PATHFINDERS, PPRINN/MNCH, UNICEF, and has consulted for the Support to National Malaria program (SuNMaP), and the Malaria Action Programme for States (MAPS) in baseline assessment and capacity building/ Skills development in, Anambara, Benue, Ebonyi, Enugu, Jigawa, Kano, Katsina and Zamfara States, leading the team in 10 of these assignments.
